Boeing continues to soar high in the care of our Nation’s heroes.
January 1, 2022, St. Louis, MO: The Boeing Company, the leader in the aerospace industry, announces a $80,000 grant in the support and expansion of the availability of the programs and services H.E.R.O.E.S. Care has to offer to all Missouri and Illinois military service members and their families. Boeing has committed more than $50 million in grants to more than 500 nonprofit organizations across the globe. The H.E.R.O.E.S. Care Hometown Support Program consists of a network of highly trained and uniquely qualified caregivers who attach themselves to military family members and bring the resources of the HSP and those of the community to address the complex stressors associated with service to our Nation.
“We at H.E.R.O.E.S. Care are extremely grateful for the stalwart support of the Boeing Company”, remarked Jon Jerome, president and CEO of H.E.R.O.E.S. Care. “The partnership with Boeing has been a stabilizing force for the hundreds of military families we serve; Boeing continues to be there for them.”
This grant marks the fourth year that Boeing has provided significant support for the work of H.E.R.O.E.S. Care, a national military and Veteran family non-profit based in St. Louis.
“Supporting the military and veterans are at the heart of everything we do at Boeing,” says Brittany Douglas, Senior Community Investor at The Boeing Company. “Partnering with great organizations like H.E.R.O.E.S. Care, allows us to make sure that these heroes are taken care of and have the support they need and deserve.”
